St James Primary School is a small, friendly one form entry primary school set in the heart of Muswell Hill, next to beautiful Highgate Woods.
We are a warm and nurturing school, where every single teacher and member of staff knows every child by name.
Our strong Christian values drive our inclusivity and we welcome children from all different backgrounds and faiths.
Our teachers are passionate, creative and help to set the high expectations we have for our children, Our aim is to equip them with a life long love of learning and to help them excel so they are well prepared for their step to secondary school.
We have a very strong sense of community which is helped by our link to St James Church, our very enthusiastic and active parent body - Friends of St James - and our supportive Governing body.
Our after school enrichment programme offers our children the chance to try activities such as fencing, chess, gymnastics, drama, art and football.
We have four playgrounds within our grounds and a dedicated MUGA and learning through play and sport plays a key role in our children's development.
