The easiest way to communicate with us to to email the Office at office@stjamesprimaryschool.co.uk. If your child is absent, please email us to let us know by 9am, your child's name, their class and the reason the are off school.

There are a number of forms we use regularly at St James, so here are quick download links to the following:.
Pupil Information Form - This is a vital form that we use in the office. It has all your contact details on it so we can send letters, text and emails to the right address for you. It has your phone numbers in case we need to get in touch if there’s an emergency and it your child’s medical details which as essential as a ‘just in case’. If you move house, change your email or phone number or need to update your child’s medical records, please fill in one of these and return it to the school office. Uniform Order Form - Our uniform is now ordered through Braggs Clothing. You can click through to their website here.
You can still order PE T shirts, bookbags, and baseball caps via the school office and pay via ParentPay or with either a cash or cheque. We will process your order within a few days.
Medical Consent Trip Form - When your child goes on a school trip, it is essential that we have your consent and their up to date medical details such as doctors name and number, allergies, your contact details. This is why we send a medical consent trip form home once a term for you to complete. You can download a copy of medical consent form here and email it back to us.
